The overarching goal of technology-enabled learning is to promote equitable and quality education that prepares learners for the challenges of the 21st century. Simultaneously, it is crucial to take cognizance of the future of education considering the evolving nature of education in response to advances in technology, changing societal needs, and other factors. 

The subtheme group will focus on several important areas that include: 

• Equity, access, quality, and affordable education 
• Train individuals to use technology with discernment, addressing misuse and abuse 
• Promote use of technology for education by the workforce and citizens 
• Real-time monitoring at work at the country level 
• Emerging technologies for practitioner education—Medical Education, Media Education, Gender, Disability etc.
