On March 24th, 2023 the Integrated Holistic health C20 working group held its ninth ideation workshop and policy meeting. Dr. T. S. Dipu and Dr. Merlin Moni, the one health area leads, led the 40 CSOs that could attend live through a problem-finding workshop based on design thinking principles to understand the top issues in communicable diseases and health care and the barriers to access care faced on a global scale.
This important policy event discussed the significance of the One Health approach in addressing global health challenges and zeroing in on specific areas of focus to inform leaders who aim to implement strategic changes to healthcare.
Dr. Dipu and Dr. Moni then guided participants through an ideation exercise that will ultimately inform the policy recommendations that will be given to the G20 heads of state in September.
