The C20 Integrated and Holistic Health Summit, which took place on April 7th, 2023, set the stage for developing Non-Communicable Diseases policy (NCDs) statements. This was facilitated by candid discussions between civil society, including patient groups, senior leadership from government health, universities and teaching hospitals, and industry.
This online policy panel discussion covers specific areas in NCD’s and augments the NCD policy statements. It also allowed the sharing of standards, guidelines, best practices, and policies to address the capacities and capabilities for preventing and controlling non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
The panel is moderated by Dr Aswathy S, NCD’s Co-lead, and features Dr. Tim Evans, Dr. Goodarz Danaei, Dr Sundarraman T, and Dr Vijay Kumar as speakers.
