C20 Policy Roundtable on Decarbonizing Infrastructure towards Net Zero Emission
The C20-SRC (Sustainable and Resilient Communities) group has an upcoming ONLINE event on March 23, 2023 at 6:00 PM.
Civil20’s working group on Sustainable and Resilient Communities focuses on four thematic areas:
- environmental sustainability
- climate resilience and social justice
- net zero emissions management
- compassion-based approaches for sustainability and resilience.
In this background, Civil20’s working group Sustainable and Resilient Communities is organizing a C20 policy dialogue on the theme Decarbonizing Infrastructure towards Net Zero Emission: Technology Options, Status, Challenges and Ways Forward. This event will bring together experts from industry, academia, various G20 groupings, community service organizations and interested stakeholders. It will deliberate on the technology options for decarbonizing infrastructure, the present status, challenges and suggest ways forward. The deliberations in the C20 policy dialogue will result in a set of recommendations to be submitted to G20 member countries for their consideration.
